Micropole, an international consulting group specializing in Data-driven business transformation, announces the appointment to the Executive Committee of Armelle Descaillot, Director of the French Regions. Armelle Descaillot manages a Business Unit of 250 employees in the Centre Est and Grand Ouest regions.

A graduate of a business school, Armelle Descaillot began her professional career in telecommunications before becoming a consultant in the retail sector for the Saint-Etienne-based Casino group. She then joined SQLI in Lyon, an international services company specializing in digital experience, where she successively held the positions of sales engineer, sales director, and then Wax brand director for the South-East region. In 2017, she founded NIJI's Lyon agency, which she developed over four years. Armelle Descaillot joined Micropole in 2021, where she combined commercial dynamism with knowledge of customer issues to relaunch the development of the Centre-Est agency, which she successfully managed for two years. Today, she heads the Business Unit which groups together the Centre-Est and Grand-Ouest agencies.
