As at the start of each year, we were delighted to take part in the Board Partner Summit 2025, a must-attend event for all Board partners.
This event was a great opportunity to celebrate our collaborations and discover together the innovations and exciting prospects that lie ahead. As a partner of Board EPM, we are proud to contribute to these advances, and to share with you the highlights of this summit.
A look back at a dynamic 2024
The year 2024 has been a period of growth and expansion for Board, and we are delighted to have been able to actively contribute to it as a partner. The publisher consolidated its relationships with existing customers, while welcoming new ones such as France TV, in collaboration with Talan. Over 40 projects were completed.
Board has also strengthened its presence in France by drawing on an ecosystem of 300 expert consultants from its partners. These Board solution specialists support companies in optimizing their planning and business processes, guaranteeing effective deployment tailored to their needs.
A strategy for Board in 2025 and 2026
The Partner Summit 2025 was an opportunity to present the new features and modules that Board plans to launch in 2025 and 2026. Among the most eagerly awaited innovations:
Statutory consolidation module GRC (Group Consolidation and Reporting)
Board continues to invest in its module, recognized by Gartner as a Visionary in its Magic Quadrant 2025. This module enables consolidated, integrated management of financial data, providing an accurate, real-time overview of company performance.
Flex Grid
Board version 14.3, scheduled for release in March/April 2025, will introduce this new functionality. It willenhance data analysis capabilities, enabling the creation of pivots, POV dimension analysis, fold/unfold columns and improved exports. Users will also be able to transform tables directly into charts without having to go through the layout, a feature eagerly awaited by the community.
New Excel add-in
At the end of 2025, Board will launch its new Excel Add-In, designed to be more intuitive and easy to use. This tool will facilitate the integration of Excel data into Board, offering an enhanced user experience.
Board Signals & Foresight
Board invests in economic data management and analysis with its new Signals & Foresight module. This module will enable the integration of external economic data having an impact on the business, offering a more complete and predictive vision of market trends.
AI assistant
Highly anticipated, Board will launch aGenerative AI assistant at the end of 2025 to help financiers with data analysis. This assistant will offer suggestions for improving performance, using artificial intelligence to provide valuable, actionable insights. We are convinced that this tool will enable our customers to analyze and optimize their performance.
Board, a cross-functional EPM solution
Board emphasized the cross-functional position of its solution, capable of responding to all functional scopes, not just financial planning (FP&A). The publisher is also investing in solutions for supply chain managementexpanding its scope of action. As a Board partner, we're delighted to be able to offer our customers ever more comprehensive solutions tailored to their needs.
In 2025, Board plans to reinforce its GRC module with e-learning and on-site training sessions. Solution updates are also planned to improve tax management.
A clear objective for 2025: customer satisfaction
In France, Board reports a satisfaction rate of over 97%.
The aim is to maintain this level of satisfaction by further securing projects and post-projects. Board will step up its support for customers and partners after projects have been deployed, to ensure that applications remain aligned with business needs and continue todeliver optimum performance.
Innovations for an optimized user experience
Board is currently working on several initiatives to improve user experience and business process efficiency:
- Board Central & Flows: setting up a central database to share financial and non-financial data more easily. This initiative will facilitate collaboration and information sharing within organizations.
- Business workflows: development of business workflows from scratch, making it easy to create customized processes tailored to specific business needs.
- Task lists: integrated task lists to facilitate user navigation, providing an overview of actions to be carried out and priorities.
