Semarchy Customer Day 2025 was held on Tuesday, October 14, 2025 at the Hippodrome de Longchamp in Paris, offering a unique setting for a day entirely dedicated to Data Governance, Innovation and Data Valorization. This annual event brought together customers, partners and key industry players to discuss the latest advances in the Semarchy Data Platform, and to share best practices and concrete feedback in an inspiring setting.
The morning was punctuated by keynotes and plenary sessions, led by Semarchy management and guest speakers, presenting the platform's major strategic orientations. The afternoon was devoted to partner workshops, each highlighting concrete cases and successful projects, while the sponsor partners' village and networking events encouraged direct exchanges between participants and experts.
Expertise, innovation and data governance

Pascal Anthoine, Director of Data Governance, presented the company's vision and solutions, highlighting our strategic approach to making the most of data and turning it into a performance lever for businesses.
The dedicated workshop, led by Victor Darboux, Manager Data Governance, and Wijden Dahmen, Project Manager / Semarchy expert, focused on the case of the Single Customer Repository in xDM, illustrating in concrete terms how Micropole, a Talan Company, supports organizations in the integration, reliability and exploitation of their customer data. The workshop was a tangible demonstration of how data governance can transform information into a real driver for innovation and decision-making.
