The start-up, which publishes e-commerce sites for brands such as Auchan, Carrefour, Darty and Toyota, has announced that it is using ChatGPT to enrich brand product sheets as well as translate them.
For Antoine de Lasteyrie, Director of Micropole's Digital BU, it's no surprise to see the major e-commerce players adopting the latest technological developments: "It's a question of image, but not only that. These tools enable a new way of interacting with consumers".
