Created by four associates originally employed in international consulting firms (KPMG and PWC), OASIS Consultants is located in Zaventem, near Brussels, and the Flemish region of Belgium accounts for most of its turnover. With about 40 consultants, OASIS Consultants has SAP Gold Partner status, awarded by SAP to its most high-performing partners. More specifically, the company implements the SAP Business All-in-One solution geared to SME and SMI structures, as well as SAP BusinessObjects solutions.
With references in the life-Science and pharmaceutical, real estate, high-tech, manufacturing, public, services and telecom sectors, OASIS Consultants operates on the same areas of expertise as Micropole, but also has a foothold in sectors where Micropole is less well represented, such as those of consumer goods and wholesale.
The turnover amounts to 4 million Euros with over 14% operational profitability. With more than 70 references in SAP integration projects to their credit, this external growth opportunity brings a new dynamic to Micropole’s ERP business.

This acquisition was a totally monetary operation, with a turnover/profitability performance-linked complement to the price agreed. The company will be integrated to the Micropole accounts from January 1st 2011.
