Micropole and MicroStrategy make their partnership official and announce the signing-up of a new customer: Eramet

Micropole and MicroStrategy, recognized Business Intelligence solution specialists who have been working together since 2005, have today made their partnership official. This agreement has a dual goal : of bringing comprehensive responses to new BI stakes– Big data, Cloud, Social Intelligence, Mobility – and of mutually opening up beneficial business opportunities. The new momentum conferred by this partnership has led to the signing-up of a new customer: the Eramet Group.

« This partnership was an obvious one for Micropole. We are delighted to have official recognition of  the good relationship which we’ve had with MicroStrategy for over  6 years  This new contract will  give a new impetus to our working relationship and we hope enable us to accelerate our development on certain markets where we have been traditionally less present », comments Cédric Pin, Executive vice-president of Micropole. « At operational level, this partnership will enable us to offer our customers more added value, by notably offering mobile display on several devices, such as tablets, smartphones,… », adds Bernard Rallo, Sales Manager at Micropole.

« Micropole is one of the main consulting and integration companies in France in terms of decision-support. We are excited about materializing a longstanding partnership through this agreement. We plan, in fact, to develop joint offers which meet today’s challenges in decision-support projects: a surge in structured and non-structured data volumes, the influence of social media networks, adoption of new cloud architecture, the spread of BI usage throughout corporations, or again the increase in employee roaming –all requiring a new generation of BI mobile solutions », comments Jean-Pascal Ancelin, CEO of MicroStrategy France.

The added value of this partnership is demonstrated by the recent deal jointly signed with Eramet, one of the world’s leading producers of metal alloys. The project consists of re-engineering the group’s financial reporting portal to make it more interactive, scalable, and to facilitate group data analysis and utilization.
