A graduate of Dauphine University in Paris (Masters Degree in Computer Science and Management), holder of an Executive MBA obtained from HEC-CPA, from 1985 to 1988 he successively held positions as a Consultant at DELOITTE, then as a Senior Consultant at PEAT MARWICK. Christian Poyau was president of 'Croissance Plus' from January 2002 to December 2004.

Holder of a DESS in Applied Mathematics and Computer Science since 1999, Antoine Amélineau began his career as a consultant at Univers Informatique, a company that Micropole bought out in 2001. He was successively a senior consultant, project manager and manager before taking over as head of the Group's Financial Steering unit in 2012. He took over as head of the Data intelligence & Performance BU in 2017.

A graduate of IHECS in Social communication/Marketing and in Sales and Financial management (faculté Saint Louis and Solvay school), Yves Colinet has over 20 years’ experience in Business Intelligence on the Belgium and Luxembourg markets. He began his career with Rank Xerox, then joined Computer Associates and International Software Company. After joining Business Objects BeLux as Account Manager, he subsequently became sales director and then general manager of the BeneLux subsidiary. Yves Colinet joined the Micropole Group in 2012, when the Vélixis buyout took place, Velixis being a service company in Business Intelligence and Performance Management which he had co-founded in 2007.

With a Master's degree in Economics from the University of Paris II Panthéon-Assas, Antoine de Lasteyrie began his career as a consultant in the advertising agency Ogilvy and Mather. Three years later, he joined the media consulting agency Carat and worked on the first online campaigns for the Automotive and Telecommunication sectors. In 2000, he joined the FullSIX Group and became successively Partner of the digital agency, CEO of the Media & Advertising agency in 2010, then Managing Director of FullSIX France. Antoine joined the Micropole Group in 2017 as Director of the Digital BU. He also manages the activity of WIDE France.

A graduate of ISARA, Jean-Paul Goury began his career as an IS consultant at GAMMAPROG, before taking on a 9-year stint as manager of the CSO Informatique Lyon agency. He then successively joined the FOCAL group as Sales Manager, and INNETIS as Engineering Sales Manager. Jean-Paul Goury joined the Micropole Group in 2003 as Regional Sales Director, before being appointed Regional Director for the Rhône-Alpes in 2006, and Regional Director France in 2012.

A graduate of the Social Management Institute (IGS-RH), Anne-Flore Le Gal began her career as HRBP in the health sector, before moving to  the  construction industry field. In 2006, she joined the Lagardère Global Advertising Group in the position of HRBP before being appointed HR Director and member of the Executive Committee. In 2015 she joined the IDEMIA Group (formerly called Oberthur Technologies), and  in 2017 became  part of the Dassault Systèmes Group to support the development strategy of the EMEA region via the HR process digitalization and to implement an effective policy on talent management. Anne-Flore Le Gal took up her responsibilities within the Micropole Group in March 2019.

With a Masters in Management-applied Computer Science (M.I.A.G.E), she began her career as a study engineer at Univers Informatique. In 1998, she became a sales engineer, and subsequently took over the management of the Banking/Insurance division. In 2001, following the buyout of Univers Informatique by Micropole, she took charge of the management of Banking/Insurance and Telecom  Divisions , before being appointed to Operations management in  2004.

A graduate of Zhejiang University, with a doctorate in computer engineering from INSA Lyon, and holder of an IFG third level management diploma, Ping LIN spent 22 years in Lafarge in different positions: DSI Lafarge China, IT Application & Method Manager Asia, Manufacturing Controller, and then Manufacturing Performance and Investment Director. In 2011 he joined the Micropole group on its establishment in China, when he took on the management of  Micropole China.

Innovation Director

With a legal and IT background, Charles Parat has over 30 years’ experience on Data, processes and architecture, acquired both within service companies and with software vendors. He joined Micropole in 2011 as Director of the Research and Innovation division, his mandate being to contribute to group offer development and to partner customers on their Digital transformation. In 2016, he was appointed Innovation group Director, and in this role also looks after communication, marketing and offers.

With the spirit and experience of an entrepreneur in digital and the cloud, Fabrice Perrin held the position of Head of Digital at Blue-Infinity (Isobar) for 8 years, before joining the Micropole Group and the management of WIDE Switzerland. In 2019, he took over the management of Cross with the objective of improving transversal cross-agency operations. He is also at the origin of the Micropole Group's Salesforce Center of Excellence: the Albert agency. Passionate about challenges, he is an ambassador for the Ultra-Trail du Mont-Blanc®, and co-founder of the Ultra-Trail World Tour, the world's long-distance racing circuit.

Nicolas Rebours holds a Master's degree in Accounting Control Audit from the University of Paris-Dauphine. He began his career at PWC as an auditor and then as a project manager. In 1990, he joined the world of technology companies as Administrative and Financial Director. He then successively accompanied companies such as Dorotech, Atempo, Software AG and In Fusio in their international development, restructuring and fund raising. In 2002, he joined SQLI, a European player in the digital and e-Commerce sector, as Chief Financial Officer. For seventeen years, he accompanied the company’s sustained development in its M&A (Merger and Acquisitions) operations, both in France and internationally, and was in charge of investor relations.
