Bonafontis is the Mexican subsidiary of the Dannone group, dealing with its Beverage business. A leader in the Mexican market, Bonafont wished to streamline and standardize the consolidation of its total income statement and to be able to segment it per brand and per customer.

Created in 2004, GIMS is the Société Générale branch in charge of private banking, asset, securities and brokerage management.

The issue: to have reliable and unified information at budget, monthly income and forecast levels for all units.

The mission of the management assistance tool department is to partner Higher Education, Research and Innovation deciders in their decision-making.

Their stake: to manage repositories so as to be able to propose key indicators to users enabling positioning of a body or a French university in relation to its French and European counterparts in different fields. The solution developed allies an SAS (Statistical Analysis System)-language automatic recoding process and a recoding interface to manually process isolated registrations.  Ultimately, this solution is sufficiently generic to be implemented for other areas as well, such as patent filing follow-up.

The FNMF chose Micropole to lead a study of different market solutions meeting the 3 main axes of Solvability 2.
Twenty or so vendors were met, and about 60 criteria were assessed per solution. Done in 2012 and 2013, this panorama enabled having a view of market developments over 2 years,  to identify the solutions which enabled having a view of market developments over 2 years, and identifying the most suitable solutions for corporate needs (size, units, workflow, application pools and existing technology, target, presence on the French market, XBRL certification…)

The Fnac has two million articles available for sale in its repository, but there is no way to identify the different supports related to the same item.

It’s not unusual, therefore, for an on-line customer to receive an alert concerning a product which has already been bought...but in a different format. Micropole has implemented a methodology based on   data quality management, data mining, text mining and technical operational search techniques, implemented with SAS solutions. From now on, every product referenced on the site benefits from optimal information quality. The emails sent to customers are better categorized, different versions of the product are available on the site and the browsing is simplified.
