« We have recently strengthened out links with SAP », explains Catherine Delaunay, Micropole Group Partnership Manager. The group is now a member of the Partner Executive Council, which unites all the major SAP partners in the EMEA area. Micropole’s intent is clear: to carry on in this growth dynamic side by side with SAP. « We are also broadening our offers, positioning ourselves as closely as possible to the vendors, and we have recently moved into their Master Data Management solutions ».
Micropole has also recently obtained the new SAP Support and Maintenance Center certification, in the context of the world-wide Partner Center Of Expertise (PCOE) program. « The program, involving both Micropole and all its European subsidiaries, is geared to selecting partners to ensure solution support in place of SAP. It enables us to offer all the services included in « Standard » and « Enterprise » support contracts to our customers on SAP All-in-one solutions and SAP Business Objects ». On the strength of this new opportunity, Velixis, the Belgian subsidiary specialized in Business Intelligence and Performance Management solution integration, has already signed a support contract including a transfer of license pool management and an extension of the user community with the Banque Générale du Luxembourg.
