Holder of a Master 2 degree in Management Science (finance major), and a graduate of ISC, he began his career as a commercial engineer at Computer Associates. In 1997, he joined the Univers Informatique group as a commercial engineer, and then became sales manager of the Bank / Insurance division. In 2001, following the buyout of the company by Micropole, he took over the position of manager of this division, and in 2007 was appointed  Operations Manager France. In 2010, he was appointed Executive Vice-President.

A graduate of the ESC business School Havre, he began his career in 1990 at Price Waterhouse Coopers, initially as an auditor and subsequently as manager of auditing and financial engineering assignments. He then successively worked with the International Metal Service group and Cril Technology. He joined Microple in early 2007 as Administrative and Financial manager.

Holder of a Senior Professional Diploma in Social Sciences, she began her career with Peugeot before joining a recruitment agency as a consultant. She joined Micropole in early 1997 as head of recruitment, and in 1999 took over the Human Resources Management.

A graduate of the Higher Studies Institute of National Defense, Renaud Finaz de Villaine began his career at Schlumberger as Product Manager, before successively joining the Valoris group, then Business & Decision as Marketing and
Communications Manager. He took up his position as Marketing and Communications Manager with Micropole in 2006.

A graduate of Sciences Po Paris, with a third-level Diploma in Computer Studies (INIG), he began his career as an auditor with Frinault Fiduciaire - Arthur Andersen ('84-'87), then went on to take up a consulting position with Information Resources (Oracle). From there he moved on to Décisionnel as manager and associate. He joined Micropole in 2004, and took over the Consulting branch in 2005. He has been managing the Business Intelligence and Performance Management branches since 2008.
