A graduate of Dauphine University in Paris (Masters Degree in Computer Science and Management), holder of an Executive MBA obtained from HEC-CPA, from 1985 to 1988 he successively held positions as a Consultant at DELOITTE, then as a Senior Consultant at PEAT MARWICK. Christian Poyau was president of 'Croissance Plus' from January 2002 to December 2004.
Holder of a DEST (Higher Diploma in Technology) in Computer Science, and with a third-level diploma in management (ICG), he bagan his career at Dassault Electronica in 1982, joining the research laboratories of the Missile calculator Division (real-time software,
real-time embedded systems , calculators…).
A graduate of ISARA, Jean-Paul Goury began his career as an IS consultant at GAMMAPROG, before taking on a 9-year stint as manager of the CSO Informatique Lyon agency. He then successively joined the FOCAL group as Sales Manager, and INNETIS as Engineering Sales Manager. Jean-Paul Goury joined the Micropole Group in 2003 as Regional Sales Director, before being appointed Regional Director for the Rhône-Alpes in 2006, and Regional Director France in 2012.
A graduate of ESCP and holder of a Diploma in Accounting and Financial Studies DESCF, she began her career in 1990 at PwC where she acquired solid experience in audit and merger acquisition. In 2002, she successively became Cost Control Manager of PwC Law, then of the PwC group. In 2006, Laurence Temam joined the Landwell law firm as General Secretary before taking the directorship of the Mikit real estate sales network. In 2014, she joined ESN Alyotech, as CFO, where she worked closely with financial investors. Laurence Temam was appointed Administrative and Financial Director of Micropole on the 1st of September 2017.
A graduate of Sup’Info, Pascal Janin began his career in Switzerland, working within different consulting and IT service corporations. He went on to specialize in the Health and Life Sciences sector, successively joining the CHUV (Centre Hospitalier Universitaire vaudois) and the HUG (Hôpitaux Universitaire de Genève) to manage and direct the decision-support and development business. In 2007, he joined Cross as Consulting Director, his mission being to develop the consulting business. In 2008, he was nominated as deputy Managing Director while pursuing his initial activity within the consulting division. He took over the general management of CROSS in July 2013.
A graduate of Zhejiang University, with a doctorate in computer engineering from INSA Lyon, and holder of an IFG third level management diploma, Ping LIN spent 22 years in Lafarge in different positions: DSI Lafarge China, IT Application & Method Manager Asia, Manufacturing Controller, and then Manufacturing Performance and Investment Director. In 2011 he joined the Micropole group on its establishment in China, when he took on the management of Micropole China.
A graduate of IHECS in Social communication/Marketing and in Sales and Financial management (faculté Saint Louis and Solvay school), Yves Colinet has over 20 years’ experience in Business Intelligence on the Belgium and Luxembourg markets. He began his career with Rank Xerox, then joined Computer Associates and International Software Company. After joining Business Objects BeLux as Account Manager, he subsequently became sales director and then general manager of the BeneLux subsidiary. Yves Colinet joined the Micropole Group in 2012, when the Vélixis buyout took place, Velixis being a service company in Business Intelligence and Performance Management which he had co-founded in 2007.
With a legal and IT background, Charles Parat has over 30 years’ experience on Data, processes and architecture, acquired both within service companies and with software vendors. He joined Micropole in 2011 as Director of the Research and Innovation division, his mandate being to contribute to group offer development and to partner customers on their Digital transformation. In 2016, he was appointed Strategy and Innovation Director, and in this role also looks after communication, marketing and offers.
With a Masters in Management-applied Computer Science (M.I.A.G.E), she began her career as a study engineer at Univers Informatique. In 1998, she became a sales engineer, and subsequently took over the management of the Banking/Insurance division. In 2001, following the buyout of Univers Informatique by Micropole, she took charge of the management of Banking/Insurance and Telecom Divisions , before being appointed to Operations management in 2004.
Stéphanie Laakmann graduated from Paris Dauphine University with a DEA in Organizational Dynamics and Social Transformation and a Masters in Economics and Management. She has over 15 years of experience as Human Resources Director in the IT services sector. She began her career in 2000 with ERT Groupe as a Consultant and then Human Resources Manager. She thus acquired solid skills in HR consulting, strategy and policy. In 2005, Stéphanie Laakmann became Human Resources Director at ESN Advans Group, before joining the Ozitem Group in 2008 as HR Director and member of the Executive Committee. Stéphanie Laakmann joined the Micropole Group in February 2018.
